World Book Day 4th March 2021
This year to celebrate our love of books, Evergreen School will be using the short story The Hueys in the New Jumper by Oliver Jeffers. It is a lovely little story which celebrates being part of a group as well as our differences and is a story which we can adapt and use at all levels. To tie in with the story, staff are being encouraged to wear all black so that we are all āthe sameā but to mark our individuality we are planning to wear a different hat! Students may wish to do the same. Alternatively, your young person may wish to come in any costume they like or even just their own clothes.
